The site uses cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience and gather statistics. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. Booking and Ordering
No user registration is required.
To request a booking, the Client completes the online quotation form, which establishes e-mail contact with the Service Provider (Adam Daniel Bősze).
The Service Provider or an authorised personal assistant sends the quotation to the Client by e-mail or, if agreed, by telephone.
Upon acceptance of the quotation, the Client completes a Performance Engagement Agreement for the provision of entertainment services.
The contract is concluded once both parties sign the Agreement.
The Client pays a 50% deposit by bank transfer to the Service Provider’s account; the balance is due on the day of performance.
Payments are made via secure, encrypted channels. No card details are stored by the Service Provider.
4. Tickets and Services
By purchasing a ticket, attendees accept that photography or filming may occur during performances for marketing purposes.
Ticket prices are fixed amounts exclusive of VAT (the Service Provider is VAT-exempt).
Tickets are delivered electronically (e-ticket); no shipping fee applies.
Tickets are non-refundable as the event is classified as a leisure service.
If a performance is cancelled by the Service Provider, the ticket price will be refunded or exchanged for another performance as circumstances permit.
5. Payment and Confirmation
All prices shown on the website are final amounts, VAT-exempt.
If a pricing error occurs, the purchaser will be notified promptly and may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

A 50 % deposit is required at the time of booking.
Failure to pay the deposit allows the Service Provider to cancel the agreement.
If the event is cancelled more than one month before the performance, the Client owes no further amount but the deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled within one month, the Client must pay the full agreed fee and the deposit remains non-refundable.
If the Service Provider cancels, the deposit is refunded in full.
7. On-site Obligations and Performance Rules
The Service Provider provides the necessary microphone.
The Client must ensure:
-
suitable technical conditions at the venue,
-
free parking if the Service Provider arrives by car,
-
food and drink during the event.
The Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests to the performer’s equipment and must ensure secure storage.
If the performer suffers personal injury caused by a third party, the performance may be halted and the agreed fee remains payable.
Should the event be cancelled for reasons beyond the Service Provider’s control, the full fee remains due.
The agreed performance time includes scheduled breaks and unavoidable waiting. Overtime is charged at HUF 80,000 per half hour.
Travel costs are normally borne by the Service Provider, but if the event is cancelled the Client must reimburse any non-refundable travel expenses.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1 Private and Corporate Shows
The Service Provider undertakes to perform in good faith and to a professional standard.
As artistic performance is inherently subjective, claims for “unsatisfactory” entertainment do not constitute a defect and give no legal right to a refund.
At the Service Provider’s discretion, a goodwill remedy—such as an additional performance—may be offered but is not a legal obligation.
8.2 Public Ticketed Performances
Consumer warranty rights do not apply to leisure services such as live performances.
If a ticketed show is cancelled by the Service Provider, purchasers are entitled to a full refund or exchange for another date.
If the purchaser cannot attend or if the cancellation is due to force majeure, no refund is due.
