The Data Controller may engage the following processors to provide the services:

Ticket Sales Provider: Cooltix.hu / www.buytickets.gi
Payment Processor: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Hosting Provider: Rackhost Zrt. (HU)
E-mail Provider: Namecheap / PrivateEmail

These processors act solely on the instructions of the Data Controller and in accordance with GDPR requirements.

4. Data Retention

Ticket Purchase and Billing Data: Retained as required by law (currently 8 years).
Event Booking Data: Retained until performance completion, then as required for accounting obligations.
Marketing Consents: Retained until consent is withdrawn.
Technical Log Data: Retained for up to 1 year.
